REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through ArtkAntikA.

PHYSICAL ORIGINAL ARTWORKS & ART PRINTS

Where applicable under EU and Spanish consumer protection law, consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days from the day the goods are received, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform ArtkAntikA of your decision within the applicable withdrawal period by sending a clear statement to d.aparici.v.82@gmail.com.

After communicating your decision to withdraw, the goods must be returned within the period required by applicable law.

Unless ArtkAntikA has agreed otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods in cases of ordinary withdrawal.

Returned goods should be handled with reasonable care. The customer may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, where permitted by applicable law.

PERSONALISED OR CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

The withdrawal rules above do not affect your statutory rights regarding products that are defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or non-conforming product, please contact ArtkAntikA at d.aparici.v.82@gmail.com with your order details and relevant information about the issue.

Remedies and refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

DIGITAL TATTOO LICENCES

Digital Tattoo Licences are digital content supplied without a physical medium.

Where legally applicable, before immediate delivery or download begins, the customer must expressly consent to the supply of the digital content during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that, once delivery or download begins, the statutory right of withdrawal is lost.

This express consent and acknowledgement must be provided during checkout and recorded with the order.

This does not affect any rights or remedies available under applicable law where the digital content is defective, technically faulty or otherwise non-conforming.

REFUNDS

Where a refund is legally due, it will be processed in accordance with applicable EU and Spanish consumer protection law and, where required, using the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Physical products may be shipped worldwide, subject to carrier availability and destination restrictions.
