ABOUT THESE TERMS.
These terms provide general information about using the
ArtkAntikA website and purchasing creations offered through it.
Product-specific information, available formats and prices are
presented on the relevant artwork and purchasing pages.
CREATIONS & PRODUCT INFORMATION
ArtkAntikA offers artistic creations in formats that may
include original artworks, art prints and Digital Tattoo
Licenses. The formats available for a particular creation
are displayed on its individual product page.
Please review the information shown for the individual
artwork before completing a purchase.
ORIGINAL ARTWORKS
Where offered, an Original Artwork (1/1) is a
one-of-a-kind physical piece signed by the artist.
Availability and product information are shown on the
individual artwork page.
ART PRINTS
Where available, art prints are physical reproductions
produced on heavyweight paper. The applicable product
information is displayed with the relevant creation.
DIGITAL TATTOO LICENSE
Where this option is available, the Digital Tattoo License
provides a high-resolution digital file (PDF/PNG) together
with the artist's explicit permission to use the
purchased artwork as a tattoo.
The Digital Tattoo License concerns tattoo use of the
selected artwork. It should not be understood as a transfer
of ownership of the original artwork itself.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Prices and available purchase options are displayed through
the ArtkAntikA shop. The applicable order information is
presented during the purchasing and checkout process.
Customers should review their selected creation, format,
price and order information before completing checkout.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Information relevant to physical orders is provided through
the purchasing process and the Shipping page. Questions
about delivery of a physical creation can be submitted to
ArtkAntikA before placing an order.
ARTWORK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Artworks presented on ArtkAntikA remain artistic works
associated with their creator. Purchasing a physical
artwork or print should not be interpreted as granting
additional rights to reproduce or commercially exploit
the artwork.
Where a Digital Tattoo License is offered, the permitted
use is the tattoo use expressly associated with that
purchase option.
